What's new on the F455s?
Now the Bluetooth remote control from Pulsar (1879142) can also be used with the F455s. In addition, the F455s has an adjustable IR emitter, which allows you to set the IR direction precisely. This new spotlight is approx. 3 times brighter than that of the previous model FN455.
HD sensor
Highly sensitive CMOS sensor emerges with its high resolution of 1280x720 pixels and ensures a precise image of details.
Increased night sensitivity
The use of modern electronic components and original program algorithms for signal processing ensure that the Forward F455s has one of the highest sensitivity parameters in the infrared range (night sensitivity). This means that the Forward F455s can be operated without IR emitters in deep twilight and often at night. High sensitivity in the range of 900-950 nm enables the device to be used with "invisible" infrared emitters.
The monocular included in the package can be mounted and used on the NV module. In addition, the Pulsar monocular is a fully functional daylight monocular.
Compatible with various long-range optics products
The attachment can be attached to and removed from most binoculars, spotting scopes or other optics with an outer diameter of 42 to 56 mm using optional adapter rings.
Stable target point position
The series connection of the arrangement of the optical and electronic components, as well as the highly precise optical and programmed adjustment, means that the user does not have to make any additional corrections for night operations.
Powerful far-reaching infrared radiator
Forward F455s is equipped with a removable invisible (940 nm) infrared heater. Three-stage power setting guarantees effective lighting of the observation object according to the situation. The light beam can be positioned.

High night sensitivity, resolution of the display and sensor, a large range of brightness and contrast settings, high-quality high-performance optics and powerful infrared emitters for night-time operation offer a detection distance of 450-500 meters.
Integrated video recorder
With the built-in video recorder of Forward F, video and photo recording run flawlessly. Video and photo files are stored in the internal memory and can be transferred to your smartphone / laptop via Wi-Fi or cable using Stream Vision.
Quick-change B-Pack accumulator batteries with a long service life
The Forward F works with the autonomous B-Pack power supply system. The quickly exchangeable IPS5 (5 Ah) power supply unit fits into a special compartment and ensures 6 hours of operation in the maximum activated mode, more powerful IPS7 (6.5 Ah), IPS10 (10 Ah) and IPS14 (13.2 Ah) battery packs are optionally applicable. Quick to change, wireless and long-lasting.

The switching time of Forward F455s is less than 3 seconds after the On button has been activated.
Stream Vision App. Remote control, actuation and live YouTube streaming with smartphone application
Using the free high-tech Stream Vision app, compatible with iOS and Android, Forward connects to your smartphone or tablet in real time via Wi-Fi, which allows you to transfer recorded files, forward them to YouTube or other platforms (depending on the model), your mobile device to use as a remote control.
Updatable firmware
All you need to update the firmware is the Stream Vision app, smartphone and internet access. Program improvements and new functions update the device that is already in operation with the user.
Four-point bayonet mounting with automatic tension
The attachment connects to the adapter by means of a four-point bayonet lock. Pulsar offers three models of adapters for mounting on day optics with lens diameters of 42, 50, 56 mm.
Also compatible with adapters from other manufacturers
Foreign specialist European companies, e.g. Micron & Rusan and SmartClip, offer a wide range of adapters for mounting the Pulsar attachments on daylight devices. This means more options for attaching the attachment to day vision optics from other manufacturers.
Firmware algorithm of increasing the sensitivity SumLight
SumLight function increases the sensitivity of the sensor, which enables passive observation (IR emitter off) with low lighting. The firmware activates the algorithm automatically: the secondary pixels of the sensor, rasters are added, this increases the sensitivity of the device without loss of image quality.
Completely waterproof IPX7
Forward F455s is completely waterproof and offers IPX7 water protection. The device works with precipitation of any intensity and withstands brief immersion.
Operating temperatures from -25 to + 50 ° C
The Forward F455s attachment guarantees effective operation at low temperatures - down to minus -25 ° C. The frost-resistant AMOLED display ensures a sharp, blur-free image when observing in motion.
