Pulsar Proton XQ30 Thermal Imaging Front Attachment
Light and compact
A low weight is crucial if the attachment is mounted on the weapon and complements its weight. The compact size of the device facilitates operation and storage.
Highly sensitive thermal imaging sensor
The microbolometer with NETD <40 mK ensures the detection of details at low temperature contrast. Rain, snow, fog, early morning after a cold night - the Proton XQ clearly shows the smallest temperature differences in observation, under the most adverse conditions for hunter and equipment.
Stable point of impact
A sequential layout of optical and electronic components, as well as a high-precision optical and software orientation, allow the shooter to disregard the presence of the attachment device in front of the lens of the optical riflescope during night shooting and obviate the need of additional adjustments when aiming. The design of the attachment device ensures a stable target point position when it is mounted in front of the daylight scope and refocused at different distances.
Quick-change adapter with a mechanism for precise positioning of the attachment device‘s display in the field of view of the optics.
The Proton XQ30 is coupled to the day optics using a new Pulsar PSP adapter. The adapter is quickly removable - the attachment device can be removed and reattached in seconds. The mechanism for precise positioning allows a perfect centering of the thermal image in the field of view of the daylight optics to achieve the maximum observation comfort.
Recoil resistant for large calibers: Caliber 12, 9.3×64, .375H&H
Proven shock resistance - up to 6000 J - for impeccable performance with large-caliber drawn weapons and hunting weapons with smooth barrel (caliber 12, 9.3x64, .375H&H)
Easy conversion of the attachment device into a thermal imaging observation device (Please note the hunting laws in your state)
A few seconds of time and a monocular pulsar 5x30B are enough to remove the Proton XQ30 from the scope and turn it into a thermal imaging observation device with 5x magnification. Thanks to a bayonet closure, the Monocular Pulsar 5x30B can be easily and safely connected to the thermal imaging attachment and is just as easy to remove.
A key feature is the PSP adapter, for mounting the Proton XQ30 on the optical scope, which can remain on the thermal imaging device when used with the monocular Pulsar 5x30B. This ensures the Proton XQ30 an easy and fast conversion from an attachment device into a thermal imaging monocular and back.
Impact-resistant casing made of magnesium alloy
The robust and lightweight magnesium alloy casing has a high structural stiffness, protects the attachment device from shocks and vibrations when firing large-caliber hunting weapons and ensures stable ballistic performance during operation. The casing’s metal, resistant to external mechanical, temperature and climate influences, effectively extracts heat from the electronic components of the attachment and dissives it, thereby increasing the quality of operation.
Wi-Fi. Integration with iOS and Android devices using the free Stream Vision app
The integrated Wi-Fi module enables proton attachment to connect to Android or iOS smartphones and tablets using the free Stream Vision application. When combined with a smartphone, the thermal imaging device offers a number of unique features such as live image streaming to a smartphone, motion detection, transmission and sharing of multimedia files, firmware update, remote control of device settings and many more.
8 color palettes
The eightfold color palette facilitates observation, solves a variety of tasks and allows a quick reaction to changing observation conditions. The White Hot, Black Hot and Red Hot palettes are ideal for object capture, while the Rainbow and Ultramarine pallets improve recognition and identification capabilities. The Red Monochrome, Sepia and Violet pallets are best suited for long-term observation at night.
IPX7 waterproof
IPX7 waterproof to protect against heavy rain, snow or other precipitation. Proton is designed to function properly for up to 30 minutes even after immersion in water up to 1 meter deep.
High-contrast AMOLED display
The AMOLED display delivers a sharp, high-contrast image. The display is characterized by economical power consumption, a wide dynamic range, a short reaction time, and ensures sharp and fluid imaging when observed in motion or frost.
Quick-change battery APS5
The high-performance Li-Ion APS5 quick-release battery offers up to 6 hours of continuous operation on a single charge. The safety and durability of APS5 batteries are ensured by integrated electronic protection systems. The battery can be removed from the battery compartment in a few seconds and replaced with a new one.
