With the F-Series, Carl Walther GmbH is expanding its successful PDP pistol series and is once again setting standards in the world of duty pistols. The PDP F-Series is the first service pistol specifically designed for women and smaller hands. Uncompromising and newly designed from the ground up, its lock mechanism with in-line hammer ensures the lowest possible through-loading resistance.
Grip circumference, trigger spacing and overall grip ergonomics are adapted to the shape of the female hand. The uniquely shaped handle embodies Walther DNA in its purest form. The improved ergonomics result in perfect hand positioning, high on the grip, and therefore controlled shooting with low muzzle kick. All other advantages of the PDP, such as the groundbreaking PDT trigger, SuperTerrain Serrations or the Performance Duty Texture are elementary components of the PDP F-Series. SuperTerrain Serrations
The SuperTerrain Serrations are uniquely designed, raised gripping grooves on the slide that allow for easier and faster handling of the pistol. Instead of the usual indentations that are usually milled into the bolt's surface, the Walther's SuperTerrain design rises significantly above the bolt's surface, giving a new, more positive feel to the weapon's handling. Reduced charging resistance

Ergonomics: Perfectly designed for a female shooter
The F-Series pistol grip is ideal for smaller hands. Adapted for the woman's hand, it is narrower where it is an advantage. This allows shooters – and shooters alike – maximum control and faster follow-up shots.
The RDS (Red Dot Sight) ergonomics of the Walther PDP make the transition to the popular red dot sights easier for new RDS shooters and faster for RDS veterans. The special RDS ergonomics promotes immediate detection of the red point. The shape at the end of the handle gives the little finger support and acts like an invisible steering wheel. The grip angle of the PDP F-Series promotes natural pointing behavior and, in conjunction with the innovative RDS ergonomics, enables lightning-fast detection of the red point. Optics Ready
All models of the PDP F-Series are prepared for the inclusion of optics (Optics Ready). If you are planning to mount an optic on your PDP, there is nothing stopping you. If you want to keep the factory look then you are covered with the supplied cover plate.
