Roedale RASP-Lock barrel thread adapter
Discover comfort, safety and precision with the Roedale RASP-Lock quick adapter system!
For hunters who are tired of the tedious process of screwing the silencer on and off, Roedale's RASP-Lock quick-change system is the technically best and safest solution. With just three quick turns (3x360°), the silencer can be quickly attached or removed in less than 2.5 seconds.
The system not only enables the use of a silencer for several weapons of the same caliber group, but also the use of several silencers on one weapon as well as trying out and swapping different silencers on different weapons.
With the Roedale RASP-Lock quick-release fastener (such systems are also known as Quick-Mount or Quick-Lock), the silencer can be mounted and removed quickly and easily with just 3 turns. It also offers maximum safety thanks to a powerful 3x 360° connection surface. Its specially developed TRS18 high-speed thread impresses with its solid flanks, cross sections and excellent power transport, complemented by a variety of safety features. This makes it the safest and most reliable hunting quick adapter on the market. Detailed tests by TÜV Nord also prove its outstanding resilience and reliability. Compared to conventional quick adapters, the 3x 360° connection ensures that the silencer remains securely on the weapon even if it is insufficiently tightened. A significantly lower dependency of the adapter's functionality on wear ensures long-term reliability and safety.
Finally, this quick adapter combines the connecting force of a conventional thread with the advantages of quick assembly and disassembly and also ensures consistent precision and application safety.
Features of the Roedale RASP-Lock
Roedale: The trusted promise of quality at the highest level.
RAPID ATTACH: Only 3 turns are required for attachment. For comparison, a traditional metric thread for a silencer requires 15 to 17 turns to secure.
SAFETY: The RASP-Lock system from Roedale offers maximum security thanks to a powerful 3x 360° connection surface. The RASP-Lock embodies robustness and security at the highest level.
PRECISION: Thanks to the RASP-Lock quick adapter, the precision and impact point remain constant, regardless of how often the silencer is screwed on and off. The optimal centering of the silencer is ensured by always having the same mounting position (cf. cut threads have at least two possible positions) and by the conical support surface.
LOCK: A silencer screwed tightly with both hands remains securely on the weapon. This is ensured by the self-locking conical surface and the solid thread flanks. The connection remains reliable even during long series of shots. The RASP-Lock also offers an above-average shot load tolerance, even when installed with just one hand, before the connection can possibly become loose (care should always be taken to ensure that the silencer is firmly seated). Regardless of the type of thread, a silencer should ideally always be screwed so tightly with both hands that it cannot be loosened with one hand. An average person can tighten a silencer with 15 to 18 Nm - the ideal torque for attaching a silencer to a weapon.
