The Roedale Hunter 50XK + silencer is an overbarrel silencer that extends the weapon particularly slightly. With a diameter of 50 mm, this is narrow and light and extends the weapon by only 9 cm. Despite its small size, it achieves an attenuation performance of up to 36 dB. The built-in stainless steel mesh provides an additional performance boost. The expansion chamber is stretched approx. 74 mm backwards over the barrel, depending on the thread length, and so the overall length of the weapon is kept as short as possible. This silencer was designed in a monocore construction. This means that there is an inner part and an outer shell. The expansion chamber is an integrated unit and does not seal against the gun barrel, so flooded barrels are not a problem.
All parts are milled and turned from a high-strength aluminum alloy from the aerospace / armaments industry on modern CNC machines from solid blanks (with the exception of the guide made of polyoxymethylene). The surfaces are additionally hardened, coated and hard anodized according to Mil-Spec Type III black.
The Hunter 50XK + silencer is an excellent combination of sound level reduction, muzzle flash removal and recoil reduction. All in a lightweight construction and at an attractive price.
This silencer is only partially intended for SLB / semi-automatic machines and long series of shots in the shooting theater or on the shooting range. The damper is designed more as a pure hunting damper. After 10 shots in a row, they should take a break of 5 minutes.
