The Ti48 MK2 silencer is the further development of the very popular Ti48 MK1 from the Roedale silencer Titan 3D series.
The Roedale Ti48 silencer is the central model of the Titan 3D series. The full titanium silencer impresses with its reliability and maximum performance in every hunting situation. The Ti48 is manufactured using the 3D printing process, which gives the silencer special properties such as high strength, extreme pressure and heat resistance, with low weight and an enormous insulation performance of up to 39dB. The combination of low elongation, high damping values and low weight, with maximum robustness, is unique. A 10-year guarantee and the largely self-cleaning construction round off this high-end product. The Ti48 is the silencer for a whole hunter's life.

The Ti48 MK2 silencer is, as already mentioned, the further development of the very popular Ti48 MK1 from the Roedale titanium 3D series silencer. This series combines the advantages of the 3D printing process in terms of production, design and conception options. A few years ago, Roedale presented a functional, tried and tested series damper from 3D printing for the first time as a world first.
The far-reaching advantages of 3D printing can also be seen in the processing of the material. The processing of titanium in the machining process is rather laborious and unproductive, since the processing is not easy. This manufacturing process enables a unique and highly complex silencer to be manufactured entirely from titanium. Titanium has many positive properties that are ideal for a silencer. The high strength, especially with regard to pressure and heat stress, combined with its low weight, make titanium valuable. Titanium Ti64 is a pre-alloyed Ti6Al4V powder. Components made of Titanium Ti64 meet the requirements of the ISO 5832-3, ASTM F1472 and ASTM B348 standards with regard to chemical composition. This frequently used light metal alloy is characterized by excellent mechanical properties (load capacity - robustness) and high corrosion resistance as well as by low specific weight and biocompatibility. This material is ideal for many demanding industrial applications, for example in aerospace, racing, medical applications and now also for the manufacture of silencers. All of these properties make an exceptional product possible.
